I’m Braden Dupuis, editor of Pique Newsmagazine and founder of Summit Editorial.I'm a five-time national award–winning journalist, lifelong book lover, and a longtime story coach for writers who want to do more than just finish their project—they want to make it good.Over the past 15 years, I’ve published thousands of articles: long-form narrative features, on-the-ground breaking news, food, sports and travel features, and the occasional piece of short fiction. As the editor of Pique, I’ve helped dozens of writers sharpen their voice and push their work across the finish line. Now I’m doing the same for novelists.I know what makes writing sing—and what holds it back. My approach is built on real editorial experience, not theory, AI, or fluff.Summit Editorial is just me.
